Man killed when truck hit by train near Perham
Perham, Minn. (WDAY TV) - A 67-year old Perham man died this morning after his pick-up was struck by a train. There are no stop arms or flashing lights at the intersection of the accident. It happened just after 6 this morning on a private driveway a half mile east of Perham.By: WDAY Staff Reports, WDAY
Perham, Minn. (WDAY TV) - A 67-year old Perham man died this morning after his pick-up was struck by a train.
There are no stop arms or flashing lights at the intersection of the accident. It happened just after 6 this morning on a private driveway a half mile east of Perham.
The front end and cab of the truck was pushed nearly 3 quarters of a mile.
A Perham Police Officer says the man didn't see the train coming as he drove to pick up a friend.
