Pressure packed putts for ND Class B golf
Carrington, ND (WDAY TV) - Nothing but pressure packed putts today for North Dakota Class B golfers. The final round of the State girl’s tournament had the Kindred girls taking a 7 shot lead into day two in Carrington. The Vikings Kate Podolak looking for par on 17, just slides past, led the Vikings with an 85 and took fifth, but Hazen had a great day to win the team title by 19 shots.By: Steve Hallstrom, WDAY

The Vikings Kate Podolak looking for par on 17, just slides past, led the Vikings with an 85 and took fifth, but Hazen had a great day to win the team title by 19 shots.
Hatton Northwood’s' Abby Knutson was the day one leader, long birdie on 17 falls here, but she ended up in playoff with Napoleon's Amber Piatz who won on the first playoff hole.
Hazen the team champs for the second straight year, Kindred takes second, Central Cass fifth.
Individually it’s Piatz followed by Knutson, Hillsboro’s Becca Heinitz takes 4th, and Podolak is fifth.
