Fergus Falls, Minn. (WDAY TV) - About 130 kids from all over Minnesota spent their Memorial Day weekend outside and in the saddle, competing for the title in the regional high school rodeo.

Kids in the rodeo are in grades six thru twelve. They've been here just outside of Fergus Falls, competing since Saturday.

They're doing events like barrel racing, goat tying, and bull riding.

Organizers say it teaches kids about good sportsmanship and how to be tough because a little rain didn't scare them away at all today.
