Lisbon's Mayor says they are ready for flood protection removal

Lisbon, ND (WDAY TV) - Lisbon's Mayor says the city is ready for their flood protection to come down. Clay and sandbag levees line most of the Sheyenne River in Lisbon. The Army Corps will start taking down dikes tomorrow or Wednesday and tear down is supposed to take three weeks.

Lisbon, ND (WDAY TV) - Lisbon's Mayor says the city is ready for their flood protection to come down.

Clay and sandbag levees line most of the Sheyenne River in Lisbon. The Army Corps will start taking down dikes tomorrow or Wednesday and tear down is supposed to take three weeks.

The city's Mayor says people are ready for all the roads and bridges to be open again.
