Moorhead, Minn. (WDAY TV) - Moorhead is laying out a plan of action for flood home buyouts. The city still hasn't gotten money for acquisitions, but leaders are laying out their priorities at tonight's council meeting. They expect to get some money from Minnesota and FEMA.

The Moorhead City Manager says there are about 60 to 70 interested people on the buyout list.

He says priority will likely go to homes that have been repeatedly damaged by flooding, or those in areas where some flood mitigation work could be done.
