Fisher, MN, School Senior Faces 3 More Sexual Assault Charges

CROOKSTON, MN (WDAZ-TV) - A Fisher, MN, high school senior already accused of sexual assault on a kindergartener now faces three more charges.

18-year-old Jarrin Boucher is accused of sexually assaulting a second kindergartner.

Boucher was charged Monday with three counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct for inappropriately touching a 5-year-old girl in the classroom where he was helping a teacher.

He's already been charged with first and second-degree criminal sexual conduct for inappropriately touching a 6-year-old girl in the same class.

Boucher is in the Tri-County jail in Crookston on $250,000 bond.

He was 17 at the time of the second set of alleged crimes.

If tried as an adult, Boucher could face up to 20 years for each of the new counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct.
