2 Injured in Polk County Crash

EAST GRAND FORKS, MN (WDAZ-TV) - Two women were injured in a two-vehicle crash Thursday afternoon.
The Minnesota State Patrol says Laura Casavan, 18, was taken to Altru Hospital in Grand Forks and treated and released.
Casavan was westbound on 190th St. in a 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix when she failed to yield at Highway 220 just after 3:30 p.m.
Casavan struck a 2012 Ford Fusion driven by Sally Rude, 49, of East Grand Forks, at the intersection. Rude had non life-threatening injuries.
Both drivers were wearing seat belts and both vehicles were totaled.
