GRAND FORKS (WDAZ-TV) Police are looking for information from a local dog owner after it bit a woman on Saturday, breaking the skin.
The 63-year-old woman from Minto, ND, was walking near Bringewatt Park in the 2700 block of S. 20th St. at 10:30 a.m. when two dogs approached her and one of them bit her.
The dogs were described as small to medium-sized with medium length, somewhat curly coats.
