Man Charged With Vehicular Homicide in Feb. 3 Crash Near Fisher, MN

(WDAZ-TV) - A man faces charges after an accident that killed a Crookston woman near Fisher, MN.

21-year-old Daniel Johnson is being charged with criminal vehicular homicide or operation with a blood alcohol level of .08 higher within two hours of driving.

39-year-old Darcey Jablonski was killed February 3 after colliding with Johnson's pick-up.

Johnson was parked in the pick-up and was facing the wrong way in the east-bound lanes near Fisher.

Jablonski couldn't see Johnson's truck because of the fog.

Officers say Johnson could face a maximum penalty of up to 10 years in prison, a $20,000 fine or both.

No court date has been set yet.
