Grand Forks DUI Suspect Hits Mailboxes, Parked Car

GRAND FORKS (WDAZ-TV) - A man was arrested for DUI after running into mailboxes and a parked car just before 2 a.m. Sunday in Grand Forks.

GRAND FORKS (WDAZ-TV) - A man was arrested for DUI after running into mailboxes and a parked car just before 2 a.m. Sunday in Grand Forks.

23-year-old Michael Glende was southbound in the 600 block of North 43rd St.

He lost control and slid onto the berm, striking a set of mailboxes and a tree.

Glende then crossed over to the other side of the road and hit a parked car.

His passenger fled the scene.

Grand Forks police are still investigating the crash.
