DRAYTON, N.D. - A Drayton man was taken to the hospital for minor injuries after colliding with a farm truck in his car Saturday night five miles west of town.

Jeremy Behm, 37, was traveling west on North Dakota Highway 66 just after 10:30 p.m. when he struck the truck, also westbound, from behind as it turned left, according to the North Dakota Highway Patrol.

The driver of the truck, 29-year-old Corey Morlock of Bismarck, was uninjured. The truck, owned by L&L Johnson Farms of Drayton, sustained minor damage.

Behm, who did not see the truck as it turned, according to the highway patrol report, was taken to Altru Hospital in Grand Forks. His 1993 Buick sustained heavy damage.

An Altru hospital supervisor said Behm was in satisfactory condition at 6:15 p.m. Sunday.

Charges are pending, and the crash is still under investigation.
