Three face felony charges in theft of eyeglasses from 2 West Acres stores

Fargo, ND - Three people face felony charges in connection with the theft of $4,000 worth of eyeglasses from two stores at West Acres mall.

Travanti Plunkett, 29, Heather Nery 22, and Lloyd Johnson Jr., 23, were being held Monday at the Cass County Jail. Court documents did not list attorneys for them.

Plunkett and Nery are accused of taking eight pairs of sunglasses with a total value of $2,000 from Visionworks on Aug. 9, according to court papers.

On Aug. 13, Plunkett and Johnson stole 10 pairs of designer eyeglasses worth a total of $2,000 from LensCrafters, court papers stated.

Plunkett, of Fargo, faces two counts of conspiracy to commit robbery. Nery, of Moorhead, was charged with conspiracy to commit robbery. Johnson, of West Fargo, was charged with criminal conspiracy.
