A step back in time at Heritage Days in East Grand Forks
East Grand Forks, MN (WDAY TV) - The 2014 Heritage Days in East Grand Forks are now history.
The three days of historical based activities wraps up today.
Some popular events are tractor rides, square dancing and a wheat thrashing show using a 100 year old steam engine.
All of the activities are part of the weekend's "living heritage" demonstrations.
With hundreds of people coming through the gate, organizers say today was probably the busiest of the three.
Kim Nelson/EGF Heritage Days: “It rained this morning, I think in a way it was good because it helped keep the dust down on the ground and then the grounds really filled up.”
This is the 39th year the event has been held.
