He got some quality time with Pat's owner Bob Kraft; also head coach Bill Belichick, "Gronk" and the whole team.

Danny is battling an in-operable brain tumor. All he had asked for was birthday cards - and he got them from all over the world.

"Letters from Japan, Sweden, Italy, Iran a package from Iran which is somewhere amongst it all,” says Danny’s Father Daniel Jamieson.

100,000 cards and counting, but Danny got a lot more than just well wishes. The special day began with a parade of police to Gillette Stadium.

"If we can provide another distraction, and provide a happy memory, something they can look back on and smile about, that's just our goal,” says Sgt. Gerard McDonough of the Burlington Police.

"He has an MRI coming up on Wednesday which is just - the week before, weeks before you're just sick anticipating it and it's just been a great distraction from all of it,” says Danny’s Mother Carley Nickerson.

Danny also got his own police car. There was also a cake and a serenade from officers and the Patriots.
