Minneapolis, MN (WDAY TV) - The most exciting week in Target Field's young history comes to an end tonight. The all-stars have come and went, and now we're back to Twins baseball.

And questions of whether this team will compete for a wild card spot, or fade to the back of the pack have returned.

Outfielder Sam Fuld was trying to make the not top 10 and the top 10, this one was ugly, taking it off his face, but then watch him a one inning later, the exact same play, but this time he catches it for the out. Fuld providing plenty of entertainment in left field.

The game went scoreless until the Rays attacked in the third, bases full when Evan Longoria doubles off of Kyle Gibson to deep right. The bases clear for a 3-0 Tampa Bay lead. Gibson pitched into the 7th, but allowed 6 earned runs.

The Twins fire back in the next half inning, Trevor Plouffe keeps the home run derby going, it's a 2-run shot and Plouffe's 7th of the year. Minnesota is within one.

But, the Twins fall, 6-2.
