Grand Forks Police: Woman says she was beaten by 2 men while walking home from work

Grand Forks, ND -A Grand Forks woman says she was beaten by two men while walking home from work late Thursday night, according to Grand Forks police.

Officers were called to the 1800 block of 22nd Avenue South around 11:20 p.m. and discovered the 20-year-old woman.

The victim was "very distraught at the time and suffered obvious physical injury," according to police. She was taken to Altru Hospital.

She told police she had been attacked by "two dark skinned male subjects, each wearing black and blue bandanas with one wearing dark clothing.
