Flags To Fly At Half-Staff

Minnesota and North Dakota governors are ordering government agencies to fly the U.S. and state flags at half-staff to honor those who died at Pearl Harbor during World War Two.

The directive is in accordance with a presidential proclamation designating Sunday as National Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day.

Personal flags are also encouraged to be flown at half-staff.
