I'm standing in front of Olivet Lutheran church, where both men have been pastors for years. Tonight the bishop is calling this "a reminder we all share in the brokenness of humanity."

44-year old Kristopher Gorden and 50-year old Jeffery Sandgren were arrested early this morning near the 25th street ramp of I-94. Police say Gorden was turning on to I-94 when he slid in to a snow bank and got stuck. After police arrived Sandgren also pulled up to help.

Shortly after that another driver, who didn't know the pastors stopped to help out. Police say all three were over the legal limit for driving, but aren't yet releasing the blood alcohol levels. Police say they can't remember anything like this happening before and fellow pastors say, it shows we are all human.

"People are generally understanding of the fact that pastors have their own personal lives and personal circumstances."

"It's really unusual to have three separate dui arrests in the same location."

We should mention again the third driver; 25-year old Kayla Dronen has no relation to the two pastors. But police tell us she has a long list of previous charges in Fargo and other cities including theft, hit and run.
