Cobbers begin 14th season under head coach Terry Horan
Moorhead, MN (WDAY TV) - A new season of Cobber football began this afternoon at Jake Christiansen Stadium.
Terry Horan begins his 14th season at the helm at Concordia with hopes and expectations for his team to end an eight year playoff drought.
The Cobbers have come close the last seasons only to be left out with 8-2 records.
Nate Leen/Concordia Sr. Defensive End: “I think everyone is just sick of hearing 8-2, we know what we have to do, there's two teams that can look at us, St Thomas and Bethel, we just have to knock them off the to.”
Terry Horan/14th Year Concordia Head Coach: “We feel we have more experience back than we did a year ago, cause we have the same guy back another year under his belt be better, other areas that we need to shore up and need to do that over the next two weeks.”
