Growing pains have been the theme lately though, after playing outside linebacker for 2 and a half seasons, he had to step in for Grant Olson last year, starting 6 games at middle linebacker.

Then he had knee surgery in January, which he's been rehabbing from all summer.

Carlton Littlejohn\228 Career Tackles: “Offseason was kind of a struggle at first, just rehabbing and stuff. It was my first major surgery. I just had to adjust and lean on my teammates for support, but right now I'm feeling good and I feel like I will be able to be at 100 percent by August 30th."

Littlejohn led the team in tackles a year ago, with 89, including 7 tackles for loss.
